Frequently asked questions
How do I find new vs sale items?
Everything I post will go into a "collection" such as New Arrivals, or Sale items. These can be found in the drop down by clicking the two small black lines on the left at the top of the page.
How can I get my item? Can it be shipped to me?
Local pick up is contactless in Torbay. Please email me to arrange a time for me to put your parcel out for pick up.
Shipping is available! There are 4 options listed at checkout for shipping:
* Local pick up (free)
* Lettermail $5 - no tracking, small, flat items only like a tee shirt or scrunchies. Must fit in a large brown envelope and be thinner than 2 cm. Generally this can also include a single clothing item size 2t and under.
* Xpresspost $20 - 1-3 day shipping tracked. Will usually fit 2 clothing items.
* Flat rate box $25 - choose this option when ordering a larger sized item (adult), or more than 3 items (unless they are scrunchies or elf clothes or the like).
If proper shipping is not chosen, don't worry! I will email you to clear up the difference. I am ALWAYS available via email or text (somesweetclothing@outlook.com or 709-689-0283)

Do you offer custom requests?
Absolutely! I will continue to offer custom requests from over 200 prints over at www.facebook.com/somesweetclothing
There you can order a crew, hoodie, romper/overalls, tee, shorts, skort, leotard, cardigan, crop top, joggers, hat, tote bag, dress or tunic in ANY size, with ANY print from the PRINTS AVAILABLE album.

What are the fabric contents of your items?
Unless stated, clothing items are made predominantly with pre-washed cotton Lycra and cotton french terry. Cardigans often use bamboo french terry.
Are items final sale?
Yes. Please communicate any sewing mishaps to me within 1 week of receiving your item and I will be sure to fix it. Sizing is based on an average for that size range. Size charts are available for those that would like to see them. If you would like a custom size, I am happy to do that at www.facebook.com/somesweetclothing
